Whether it’s understanding the role of nutrition – perhaps taking out or adding in a few new foods to your regular way of eating. Which supplements are going to be most beneficial for you. Check in with me on a regular basis so we can make sure you are progressing forward. That could be monthly appointments to begin with. However a lot of my long term clients, now only check in every 3 months or 6 months to make sure that the supplements they are taking are still relevant and make any modifications if needed.
